Vizio Challenge the MacBooks with its Ultra thin Design
Vizio gives a pause to the buyers considering to purchase a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with its smashing Ultra thin design. It has so far given a tough competition to Apple’s MacBook by cutting its cost to almost $1,000, which make their product cheaper than the MacBook Pro retina.
Vizio ultrabook display sets up a new completion for Apple. Vizio has only two basic ultrabook models — 14-inch and 15.6-inch. It has a minimalist metal (anodized aluminum) design similar to the MacBook that can give users the same experience as of an Apple.
One of the appreciating things about the company is that it has come up with a laptop that not only compete with the Macbook Pro and the MacBook but also worth the money more than Apple’s MacBook.
The 15.6-inches Vizio model is available for $999 and have many striking features like dual-core Core i5 Ivy Bridge processor, a 128GB solid-state drive, 1,920-by-1,080 screen, 4GB of memory and Intel HD 4000 graphics.
On the contrary, the 15.4-inch Pro Vizio model is available at $2,199 and have stunning features like 2.3GHz quad-core Core i7 chip, Intel HD Graphics 4000, 256GB SSD, 2,880-by-1,800 pixel density display, Nvidia GeForce GT 650M discrete graphics and 8GB of memory.
Both the models of Vizio weigh less than 4 pounds (3.96 pounds to be exact) and are 0.68 inches thick.
While Apple setting a new standard with its Retina tech, Vizio model is driving hard to focus on its smooth performance, bright screen with rich and vibrant colors. The impressive designs and features of Vizio has made a good start.
